Like the technical committees, HESI 's project committees also pool intellectual and financial resources to support scientific research, sponsor symposia or workshops, etc. A project committee generally has a specific task or activity, such as development of a database, organization of a workshop, or preparation of a “white paper,” with a fixed and specific duration (usually shorter than that of a technical committee).

• Translational Imaging for Preclinical Safety Assessment and Environmental Hazard Identification
